배송 정책 (Shipping Policy)

주문은 결제 확인 후 영업일 기준 1~3일 이내에 처리됩니다. 국내 배송은 일반적으로 2~5 영업일이 소요되며, 해외 배송은 국가에 따라 7~21 영업일이 소요될 수 있습니다. 배송비는 주문 금액 및 배송지에 따라 결제 시 확인하실 수 있습니다. 배송 중 발생한 분실 또는 파손에 대해서는 고객센터(kockiri.connect@gmail.com)로 문의해 주시기 바랍니다.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Domestic delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.
