반품 및 환불 정책(Return & Refund Policy)
1. DDU 배송(DDU Shipping)
모든 주문은 DDU(관세 미지급) 조건으로 발송됩니다. 수입 관세, 세금, 통관 비용은 고객 부담이며, 미납 시 반송 또는 폐기될 수 있고 이 경우 환불이 불가합니다.
All orders ship under DDU terms. Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees. Unpaid fees may result in return or disposal of the shipment with no refund issued.
2. 수령 거부(Refused Delivery)
정당한 사유 없이 수령을 거부할 경우, 반송 관련 모든 비용은 고객 부담입니다. 운송사에 의해 폐기된 경우 환불이 불가합니다.
Unjustified refusal of delivery makes the customer liable for all return costs. If the parcel is disposed of by the carrier, no refund will be issued.
3. 판매자 귀책(Seller Error)
불량품 또는 오배송의 경우, 반송 비용을 전액 부담하고 전액 환불해 드립니다.
If we ship a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund.
4. 반품(Returns)
모든 판매는 최종 확정입니다. 불량품 또는 오배송 상품에 한해 구매일로부터 14일 이내 반품 신청이 가능합니다. 부패성 상품, 위생용품, 위험물, 상품권은 반품이 불가합니다.
All sales are final. Only defective or incorrectly shipped items may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Perishable goods, intimate/sanitary products, hazardous materials, and gift cards are non-returnable.
5. 환불(Refunds)
반품 상품 수령 및 검수 후 이메일로 승인 여부를 안내해 드립니다. 승인된 환불은 영업일 기준 수일 내 원래 결제 수단으로 처리됩니다. 판매자 귀책이 아닌 경우 원래 배송비는 환불되지 않습니다. 상품이 원래 상태가 아니거나 14일 이후 반품 시 부분 환불될 수 있습니다.
Upon receipt and inspection, we will notify you of approval or rejection by email. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within a few business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Partial refunds may apply for items not in original condition or returned after 14 days.
6. 환불 지연 또는 미수령(Late or Missing Refunds)
은행 계좌 및 카드사를 먼저 확인해 주세요. 그래도 해결되지 않으면 kockiri.connect@gmail.com으로 문의해 주세요.
Check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank. If still unresolved, email us at kockiri.connect@gmail.com.
7. 세일 상품(Sale Items)
세일 상품은 관련 소비자보호법에서 요구하는 경우를 제외하고 환불이 불가합니다.
Sale items are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
8. 교환(Exchanges)
불량품 또는 파손 상품에 한해 동일 상품으로 교환 가능합니다. kockiri.connect@gmail.com으로 문의해 주세요.
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. Email kockiri.connect@gmail.com to request an exchange.
9. 반품 배송(Return Shipping)
반품 배송비는 고객 부담이며 환불되지 않습니다. $75 이상 상품은 추적 가능한 배송 서비스 이용을 권장합니다.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For items over $75, we recommend a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
10. 현지 법률 준수(Local Laws)
EU, 영국 등 소비자보호법이 적용되는 지역의 법정 권리는 본 정책에 우선합니다.
Statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction (e.g., EU, UK) take precedence over this policy.
